Some members of our ward organized a canyoneering trip this past weekend. It involved repelling down a steep hill into a canyon, hiking over boulders and tree trunks through the canyon and then repelling down a dam at the end. Christina ended up being the only girl on the trip full of teenage boys, but she made it out with just a bruised knee. Now we're both recovering from very sore muscles
